Evo Meetings
Many meetings at Cern use EVO. To access these meetings one has usually two options
- using Koala (the Java-Client)
- using the PhoneBridge
Koala
The agenda-pages usually provide a link that you can use to connect to the meeting. You will need to have an Evo-account. You can register at https://evo.caltech.edu/evoGate/Profile/register.jsp
If the links on the agenda-pages do not work, you most likely need to install a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or configure Java Web Start.
PhoneBridge
To use the PhoneBridge dial one of the following numbers

If the meeting requires a password and you don't know it, ask a college. There is a standard password usually used.
