• On the local machines in Zurich, kcachegrind is only installed on gnu (31/10/2009). (And you need a written permission of the owner of this article to let it run on this machine :) ).
• Profiling is very slow and may easily take several hours, the machine may not be usable for normal work during this time. Make sure gaudirun only runs over the algorithms you really want to check (i.e. remove the others in your options file).
