Resurrect Firefox / Thunderbird
Problem
After a crash of the computer, you may not be able to start Firefox / Thunderbird, as it complains it's already running.
Solution
Go to .mozilla/thunderbird/crypticallyNamedFolder/ and delete lock and parent_lock. This should solve it. The same thing works for the respective folder for Thunderbird.
