cmsrel CMSSW_7_3_0 cd CMSSW_7_3_0/src cmsenv mkdir EXOVVNtuplizerRunII cd EXOVVNtuplizerRunII mkedanlzr Ntuplizer cd Ntuplizer scram b
Config is in python/ConfFile_cfg.py. To run
cmsRun python/ConfFile_cfg.py
For interactive computing
ipython python/ConfFile_cfg.py
