    * HEMPS will double the head load, interface with Julien for heat load constraints
    * Emma working on two things: 
      * Gordon shared the vibration decoupler design with Emma
      * Updating how the load support is handled
    * AK, BP: Ask load distribution design of Oxford

      * Preliminary cold joint design, needs to be signed off by Julien
      * Still canister closed, the rest can be open
