===== Problem =====
After a crash of the computer, you may not be able to start Firefox / Thunderbird, as it complains it's already running.
===== Solution =====
Go to ''.mozilla/thunderbird/crypticallyNamedFolder/'' and delete ''lock'' and ''parent_lock''. This should solve it. The same thing works for the respective folder for Thunderbird.
