====== Evo Meetings ======

Many meetings at Cern use EVO. To access these meetings one has usually two options
  * using Koala (the Java-Client)
  * using the PhoneBridge  
 
===== Koala =====
The agenda-pages usually provide a link that you can use to connect to the meeting.
You will need to have an Evo-account. You can register at

If the links on the agenda-pages do not work, you most likely need to [[http://evo-wiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/FAQ/FAQWhatKindSoftwarerRunEVO|install a Java Runtime Environment (JRE)]] or configure [[http://evo-wiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/FAQ/FAQLinuxJSP|Java Web Start]].

To use the PhoneBridge dial one of the following numbers

If the meeting requires a password and you don't know it, ask a college. There is a standard password usually used.
