  * Got to http://edh.cern.ch, Access Requests and request access for ''CERN vehicle driving license (V)''
  * attach your scanned driving license to the request (as stated on edh)

For me it took about 1h to get approved.
  

===== For the ST Piquet car  =====
  * Wait until you get the confirmation that access was granted
  * Write a mail to Abraham Gallas ((23.09.10)) and ask to be put on the list for the ST car.
