Remove whole directories:

     mkdir -p /scratch/$USER/gfalFS/T3_CH_PSI
     mkdir -p /scratch/$USER/gfalFS/T2_CH_CSCS
     gfalFS -s /scratch/$USER/gfalFS/T3_CH_PSI srm://t3se01.psi.ch
     rm -rfv /scratch/$USER/gfalFS/T3_CH_PSI/pnfs/....whatyouwannaremove
     gfalFS_umount /scratch/$USER/gfalFS/T3_CH_PSI
     gfalFS_umount /scratch/$USER/gfalFS/T2_CH_CSCS
