Pixel Offline Meeting

    1. the history plots (residuals vs integrated luminosity) and residuals vs instantaneous luminosity (for layer3)
    2. comparison of residuals for pre-TS(technical stop)1 run and another pre-TS1 with post-TS1 condition
    3. mean and rms vs z distributions.
